These Terms of Use apply to this site and to our chat and text line, run by Local Growth System LLC, doing business as Active Cryo Spa. By using them you agree to these terms.

What we do

Active Cryo Spa is a free referral service. We match you with independent local cryotherapy providers. We are not a medical provider and do not perform cryotherapy. Providers set their own prices, services and policies, and you deal with them directly.

No medical advice

Information we share is general and is not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting any new treatment. Cryotherapy is not approved by the FDA to treat any medical condition, and results vary.

Text messages

Texts are covered by our SMS Terms. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Limits of liability

We provide this site and our service "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the services of independent providers or for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in New York.
